A majority of our gatherings are offered with the practice of The Gift Economy. There is no required fee to attend and all amounts welcomed with gratitude. Please intuitively decide an amount that feels best, even if that number is zero.
Courses, trainings, and individual sessions do require a fee.

Tai Chi for Arthritis
This TaiChi Class is based on Sun style TaiChi, which is more gentle to the joints than other styles of TaiChi. These movements can be modified in many ways to accommodate physical limitations while still providing the benefits of TaiChi. Class ends with a grounding gong meditation.

The Healing Hour
The Healing Hour, led by Cynthia Kenny, is a creative collection of rejuvenating and restorative practices such as tapping and Qigong to get the energy moving. Pranayama breathing exercises and mindfulness meditation are also incorporated followed by gentle yoga poses.

Yoga of The Spirit
This unique restorative Yoga gathering, led by Halina, is centered on mindful breathing, gentle movement and stretching, and Reiki energy healing. All levels can participate as modifications are offered.

Awakened Yoga Flow
Join us for a weekly all-levels Vinyasa Yoga class led by Rachel McHale. Weather permitting, this class may be outdoors.

Qigong Energy Balance
In this class, Paul Narus will guide you through meditative breathwork, slow movement, and some self-massage. All of this to help build up of either Yin or Yang energy to return to flow and thus return to balance.

Energy Yoga Flow
This Yoga class led by Halina will guide you to connect with your Prana (Life Force Energy) through breath, movement, and static postures. This class is meant to encourage you to flow with strength in your body and ease in your mind.

Gatherings are donation-based unless otherwise noted. Donations can be made here or at the time of the gathering with cash or paypal/credit card.
