Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a Japanese modality of life force energy used to clear blockages such as fear, anxiety and depression. Blockages can manifest as physical, mental, emotional and/or spiritual ailments. Reiki gently clears out that which is harmful to our well-being and replaces it with new energy to promote peace and harmony.
During your session, you will rest, fully clothed, on a comfy table as healing hands are placed on specific areas of the body (feet, head, arms, shoulders) as the energy flows through you. Your intuitive facilitator will guide you into discovering the root of your ailments and assist in integrating so that you may continue to heal and grow in your spiritual journey.

Healing work happens on the spiritual level. We can cure the body of disease and generate joy in the mind through affirmations but if we are not integrating the lesson of life, we are continueing the cycle of disease and distress.
During a spiritual guidance session, we will discuss elements of the mind, body and spirit and how to integrate tools of wellness into your daily practice. Areas of discussion can include: Trauma release, self-love and care, self-esteem, mental health, communication, problem-solving, exercise techniques and how to support a life of peace, ease and overall joy.

Qigong
Join Paul Narus for a relaxing and fun class, incorporating Qigong, a Chinese spiritual movement practice, to assist in releasing our stagnant Qi and moving in fresh energy.
