Our bodies have a way of telling us what it needs. These clues come in the form of ailments, thoughts, feelings and life circumstances. We have been given the road map. It is up to us to choose which path we want to take to get to our destination!
We all have our own unique perspectives, bodies and personalities that form our thoughts and ideas of what health and wellness looks like. We choose to make subtle life changes (consciously or unconsciously) as we age to get closer to a feeling of peace and harmony. Many times we can feel stuck, whether it be in our physical health, our career or our relationships. Acknowledgement and discovery are the first steps in moving forward toward growth!
During your session, we will discuss elements of the mind, body and spirit and how to integrate tools of wellness into your daily practice. Areas of discussion can include: Trauma release, self-love and care, communication, problem-solving, exercise techniques and how to support a life of peace, ease and overall joy. General Wellness Support sessions are 60 minutes long and mainly include a dialog to work through your current steps in healing.
