The class is about tapping into inner guidance of the intuition to co-create balance in the mind-body. Halina will be sharing ways to connect with the energetic properties of your food to sense food sensitivities, nutritional absorption and digestive abilities. We'll discuss cravings, addictions, portions and fulfillment.

Children experience many feelings of stress and anxiety just as adults do. In this children's class, we will read stories geared toward mental and emotional health and discuss and reflect on the experiences of the characters.
Following the book reading, we will practice Yoga poses and breathing exercises that follow the theme for that day! All children are welcome.
This class will be outdoors behind the studio (weather permitting). Please bring a Yoga mat or towel for your child to sit on and a chair/blanket for yourself! There must be at least one caregiver present for the child during this class.
