Free event for the entire family!
Let the CREATIVE energy flow as we gather together for an afternoon of live music, peace speakers, art vendors, dance, outdoor games, healing sessions, and crafts.
This is our yearly fundraising event to support our Gifts of Healing program at Ordinary Pioneer. Your participation and contribution fuels our mission to make healing accessible for ALL regardless of their financial circumstances.

EVENT DATE: Saturday August 8, 2-5pm
Setup will be from 12:00PM to 1:30PM.
Vendors must be fully unloaded by 1:30pm
Chairs, tables, and tents will NOT be provided for your 10x10 vendor location. All materials needed are to be vendor-provided.
NO ELECTRICAL HOOKUPS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE. Vendors are responsible for their own power sourcing if needed. Special requests are not guaranteed but can be forwarded to Halina at ordinarypioneer@gmail.com
Vendor spots are first come, first serve. Vendors may request to setup the day before.
Please plan to stay until 5pm.
**No vehicles access to vendor area available. Vendors must plan to carry/cart their setup from the parking lot next to the festival area. For your convenience, volunteers will be available to assist you!
vendor & sponsorship levels
VENDOR LEVEL $50:
Vendors will be listed on the Facebook event page and website. Specialty posts are not included.
VENDOR SPONSORSHIP LEVEL $100:
Vendor Sponsors will receive additional promotional incentives. This level also provides an individualized social media post promoting your business as well as a sponsorship highlight on our website and print ads.
